although I live in Texas, I bought a new bike from a dealer in Mississippi. since I was gonna register it in Texas, I didn't pay any tax or fees on it in MS, but did have to show insurance. I forget how many days I had to do the title paperwork and fees... seems like 30 days. oh, I had to have it inspected also before TDOT would issue a license plate.

 

Remember plates and ins. are nuts out here in AZ. Will the cost savings offset the extra expense of the plates and ins?
