Default Advanced Carbon Fiber DOT Helmets

Has anyone bought one these DOT helmets! I wear a beanie helmet and just can not get used to a big DOT helmet but I know they are just safe so I want a small DOT helmet. They say this is the smallest!

I picked up their half-helmet at an indy near me, and it was $10 less than on the company website. Anyway, like it a lot, comfortable and light, with good adjustment. Trying one on helps a lot. I ended up with a large and my usual size is small.

Have one of thier "Polo" style DOT and I love it. Very light and smaller than most helmets. Plus comes in different cool colors. Definitely worth the price and I plan on getting another.

got one too, love it, it is the only helmet I wear now. No more parachute effects and can hardly tell I have a helmet on. I would do like their web site says for measurement. If you are on the fence on your measurements always go bigger, but if it fits inside the measurements for a size go with that; I did what they said and mine was a perfect fit... well almost; the helmet was circular and my head was more oval, I called them up and they told me to send it back, they have a process where they can shape it to a more oval shape and sent it back to me. Whole process there and back was less then a week. It now fits perfectly.
Get it you won't be sorry.

Got the polo style too

I have the DOT half helmet. By far the best half helmet I have ever worn. Light and comfy. The best thing is that the helmet does not feel like it's going to pull off your neck on the highway. A few people have had issues with their quick release buckles loosening at high speed. I modded my strap to keep this from happening. You can also order it with d rings and you get a discount if you tell them you are a member of the forums.

i had the dot 1/2 helmet and hated it. felt like my head was about to be pulled off at any second. wore it for about 2 miles and sold it to a guy on here. for me it was not even close.

These Helmets will not pass a DOT Inspection, as of last year.
DOT Standards are a joke to begin with.
Small and light i agree with.
Will they work if they hit the Ground I dont think so.
I do have some knowledge of Crabon Fiber and its strengh
I'm Working right now, but i will post more when i get home.
I have the link to DOT's test results.
