Yeah mine broke at 98 miles,left me stranded outside the north Las Vegas projects at 3am.The tow companies wouldnt come get me in that area til sunrise.I just had it taken to the dealer because it was still under warranty.

I don't think I dropped the swingarm on my WG. Of course that was quite a few beers ago.

I was told these belts had a life expectancy of 100,000. If you have allot of miles you should consider changing the sprockets while you are at it. This way the new belt teeth will have new places to bit into and will not wear prematurely.

Takeing the wheel off will take care of that. at least it did when I changed mine on a Dyna.

I must say I am new to the touring frames, coming from a softail where where you had to remove the SA. I see in that last pic where removing the shock is enough to get it on. I guess the swing arm mounts to the back of the trans, I thought there was a down tube on the rear of the frame to go around. Learn something new everyday.
