I have one that I installed on what was my '04 FXD ( that my wife has now). the only thing was that it was not really tight to the carb. So I might have to use some locktight.

 

There is a thick foam gasket that goes on first, it is about 1/4" thick....I can't remember the H-D part number. Check with your dealer.

Seems like we just had this stuff posted, O Well that gives me a chance to show my new chrome air cleaner backing with black filter instead of the awful blue one and the polished cover..........

Getting the round one for my Deluxe. Ordered with the bike. Love the nostalgic stuff. Getting the footboards that are half circles too.

 

Am I the only person in the USA that thinks the football is cool! I love the look of all that shiney chrome! With a nice Screamin Eagle center cover it looks real nice!!!

 

I like the round cover look better as well.
