Default Harley Cylinder Eyewear?

Just picked up myself a set of the Harley Davidson Cylinder glasses with the transition light sentitive lenses, just wondering if anybody has used them before, and how they worked?

I never understand this type of post. You already bought the item, and NOW your want to know whether other peeps like it?

Kinda backwards logic isn't it?

Oooookay,I'll try it.....First ,you put them on like you would a pair of glasses.second go out in the sunshine(at this point they should turn dark)third, you go inside,at this point they should lighten up........Just try to keep them clean and change the oil at the recommended mileage!!!!!

I've got a pair of the transition glasses from harley, I think they are suspension. My only complaint is that they don't get very dark, so if you are riding with the sun in your face, you are blind, so I try to keep a darker pair of glasses nearby for when I know I'll be riding back with a glare. But they are nice for riding all day because you don't have to switch lenses or glasses while riding, just the sun in face sucks....

I asked a dealer about why they don't get very dark and they said so they can change back to clear quickly when going into tunnels... not sure if I believe that or if that's their excuse lol but they don't really tint much

Nope, I never owned a pair of HD sunglasses. I would be curious as to how YOU liked em myself. If you like em, what difference does anybody elses opinion matter??

I got them for Christmas and they don't get dark enough for my liking, but it beats having two sets of lens around.

I don't get to HD dealers very often. Is this product prescription glasses, or can you get it in plain glass? Sounds good just needing one pair of shades. As it is I always have to find a place to stash whatever pair I'm not wearing.
