next time he walks in just shoot him and tell the police you were afraid for your life. Protectint your sweetie and if you can get a concealed carry permit first.

Walks into the house, well I'm not going there telling you what would happen if you walked into my house.

This is the easy way pick up the phone call 911 tell the police that someone has walked into your home. Or run out of the house screaming while calling 911 yelling how the "King" attacked you and let the neighbours also call.

After the report has been taken file a restraining order referencing the police report and the allegations of Trespass/Burglary what ever your state calls it.

I would call PD every time he stepped foot onto my property, let him call too.

I also like the use of video cameras, this way if PD wants to jerk you around you can show them.

Complaining is one thing you enter my home and I'm in fear of my safety.

If they came in your house uninvited in TX the rule is, shoot first and then ask questions if they are still breathing.

It is okay to be angry. But be smart. Angry alone is useless and can get you into trouble. Angry AND smart, however, is a nasty combination.

In Mass he could walk in, make a sandwich grab a beer and all I could do is ask him to leave nicely and hope he does not hurt himself on the way out.

I would talk to the police. I don't care if he's an active cop or an ex-cop no one can enter your house (or hers) with out permission or a warrant.

Thanks for the input! Right now, although I want to do something I can't mention here, I am playing it cool and planning my next step. Since he is an ex LEO in the town where he lives, I doubt going to the police will do anything. I have to step up a notch and contact the local magistrate to see if I can file harassment charges. Furthermore, I know that PA State Fish & Game officers have more arrest powers than the local police and I am going to pursue something with them for his unlawful hunting, discharging a weapon in a safety zone (within 150 yards of a dwelling) and possibly other offenses.

I don't want to do something that he can use against us, so I am treading very carefully.
