Neighbors who do not like motorcycles.

In your house you say?
Oh hell yes. In Texas he would be singin with the angels already. Even my Granny packs a SW short barrel .38. Our constitution gives us that right and we use it to our best advantage too. Also, no shortage of lawyers here either. We may be short of some resources but lawyers and hand guns ain't included in that list. At our last Hog rally a few weeks ago you could not swing a dead cat without hitting at least three individuals who had a concealed permit. I'm just sayin, we don't start any doo do, but we don't take any either.

But wait, in Texas, You draw a line in the sand with a stick, Invite him to step over it.
If he does, then you shoot him.
End of story.

Maybe in Texas a trial like this would last 15 minutes, but in the rest of the country I would -never- bet the rest of my free life that killing a neighbor I have known for years (but not necessarily liked) would result in accolades of "atta-boy"s and a celebration with kegs, balloons and strippers. Its fun to talk tough in hypothetical situations, but thank god Philosophy Guy has the ability to reason and think this through a bit.

Im not sure about the rest of the country, but where i'm from if you have a problem with me or I with you we are gonna get it straightened out, if it comes to fist so be it, then we will be friends or maybe not.
I think he handled the situation like he should have, his own way, but I did like alot of the replys.
I'm also curious, is the Cochon de Lait still on for all of the great advice you received?

Tell me about it. Every single time the cops find a body bludgeoned by a pick-axe they come STRAIGHT to me.
