Thumbs up Thanks to the guys at Fuel Moto

I'm not sure if the guys from Fuel Moto come to the forum, but I wanted to say thank you anyway in a public forum. I ordered a PCIII from them last Thursday and it showed up today. After taking the bike apart for the install I realized they sent me a PCV. I decided I would keep it and call them up to pay the difference. I called them up and offered to pay the difference and they told me thanks but not to worry about it. Keith told me they made the mistake and would eat it. Thanks guys, I appreciate the great customer service.

I would be more inclined to buy from a company like that who has great business ethics than any other one out there...even if a competitor was much cheaper. Customer service goes along way...some companies have forgotten that these days.

I have never heard anything bad about Fuelmoto. Good guys!

I bought my PCIII from Jamie at Fuel Moto......Their customer service is 2nd to none. I was torn between a power commander and SERT. Called Jamie, and he took about 30 minutes of his time explaining the pros/cons of each to me. I made my mind up right then to order my PCIII from them.

They were so busy it took me two days to get someone on the phone to order one. They got to be doing something right.

Yeah, when I get ready to jump into the Stage I, Pipes and Fuel Management of my Fat Bob, it will be through Fuel Moto. I've just heard too many good things about them from people on this forum to even think about going elsewhere.

Cool... I will be ordering a Power Commander in a couple weeks, now I know where to go. It makes it easier to spend money at a business with a good reputation... feels like they earned it.
