i would like to update my tour pak, i am looking for the quick snap buckles, i currently have the belt buckle style, anyone have a set off a tour pak or saddle bags that they would sell? or know of a vendor that sells them.

 

I've seen them at sewing stores and craft stores like hobby lobby.

 

I'd like to find some of these for my tour pack too, I can't get the wifey out of the habit of unbuckling the bags...

 

Upholstery supply stores have them. Most will sell to the public not just wholesale. Or go to a large upholstery shop and see if they stock them.
