Your Helmet Preference?
On my dirt bike it was a full face w goggles
On my FJ1200 it was a full face w a shield
My preference now is a 3/4 w wraparound sunglasses
I see many Harley riders with a ball cap or going commando with head protection. What do you wear on mid length, under 100 miles, trips?

"I talked to a guy this morning in the medical profession......he had attended a lecture by a facial reconstuction specialist. That doctor's statement was that he had never done resconstructive surgery on anyone that was wearing a full face helmet. Quite a few open faced helmet accidents required his work. He had never done any work on anyone that had a MC accident while not wearing a helmet at all........Dead people don't need reconstructive surgery."

sometimes i go without. today i got a full-face scorpion exo 700 to replace my hd jet2. the scoprion is a great helmet. it totally sold itself to me.

DAMMIT -- I wanted to include the half helmet in the poll but my experience with helmets never included the half helmet so I forgot to include it! Please mention it in your reply if you use the half helmet as others already have (sorry)
