GSlone... 246 miles away you can save $900 - no freight, no setup at Ben Breece in Ottawa, Ohio. Your dealer should dump those charges. Have heard very good things about Breece.

Well got back tonight...had a list of goodies (of course)...I really like the Blade wheel since we have had it on our Dyna. All in all great deal, they gave us a $750 Credit towards accessories, then 15% for 90 days...not to bad.

Ended up with a painted inner fairing, 18' Blade Wheels (front & back), transferred my boards from my 05 Classic over to the new bike (front, back & highway pegs), transferred my aux lights, grips, plus some extra chrome for the motor and chrome lowers & uppers.

Default SG Purchase

StreetBobJD..... Thanks for the tip. I went back to the Louisville Harley dealer with your email and told them to drop them or I would take a trip to save major bucks. Guess what, they told me to go right ahead. I guess they aren't hurting like the other dealers. I'll be contacting that dealer shortly. Thanks for the tip.

Default '09 FLHX Street Glide (w/ABS and cruise control) or '07 FLHTC Electra Glide Classic?

I am finally going to get a Harley (going from '06 V-Star Silverado Classic). The choice is: '09 FLHX Street Glide (w/ABS and cruise control) or '07 FLHTC Electra Glide Classic (no radio). What do you guys think? Which one should I go for?

Question, I just took an 09 street glide for a short ride. I dont know if i like it. I have an 06 hertiage and the bike fits me very well. Now, I love the look of the SG. Should i rent one and really get the fell of it? The bike has a very heavy feel to it. I think the heritage has taller bars, maybe if i would get taller bars? Dont get me wrong maybe it is not for me. Everyone tells me BS, you will love it. Just buy it?????????? I think it calls for more seat time. Do you agree. Thanks
