I've noticed that WCC and others license their stuff out to places like Wally World, etc... Just wondered if the Moco has ever done something like that, but that really doesn't sound anything like something they'd do.

Our local Walmart has Harley-Davidson official license beach towels, cosmetics, plastic models, shirts, jackets, tampons, wrench sets, coloring books, electric ride-em toys, barbecue sauce, truck bedliners and diapers. The local Ford dealer sells an F-series HD truck. The christmas store sells officially licensed nativity sets with the three wise men riding Road Kings and Jesus wearing the bar and shield.

With HD it's all about the Benjamins. Whatever and whereever they can sell their products you can beleive they will. Good examples of that mentioned
above.

I think only dealerships have the right to sell the good stuff. It's made by the better quality Chinese political prisoners.

I remember buying a few great HD shirts at Wal-Mart about 15 years ago. Only 10 or 12 bucks. They had Looney Toons characters on the front with H-D bikes, doing various things (i.e. Tasmanian Devil chewing on the tire of a bike) and big B&S logo on the back. Anyone remember those? They were just getting that worn-in look when I moved to Japan 4 years ago, but I had a brain fart and left them all over there - I either threw them out or gave them to a thrift store. What a friggin' idiot, huh?

You can't seem to be able to buy a piece of HD clothing for under 4,000 yen ($40+) in Japan. But that's fine with me. Although I love HD, I'm not into the walking billboard image.

Were they in a$$less chaps and fingerless gloves. And since they were bearing gifts of gold and muir, which I were actually hot commodities back then, were they considered RUB's?

I buy my HD boots at a local Hushpuppie outlet and at less money than at HD Dealer. I think it is because Hushpuppie makes some of their boots.

Selling their logo is where HD makes a huge part of it's money!
