Default Wind turbulence and the passenger

The vast majority of discussion about windshield heights has centered, rightfully so, on the driver. My question relates to the how to on reducing wind turbulence on the passenger. Are there any tips, accessories, etc that any of you may have experimented with that you think may help?
For example, do the fairing aftermarket wind deflectors have any positive effect on passenger comfort? Will a taller windshield help or aggravate the condition? I ride an '07 FLHTC. The Motor Company offers a 3" taller windshield. I'm not concerned about the pros/cons of looking thru or over the windshield.
Thanks for any feedback you may have.

The best way to reduce turbulence on the passenger is to have them ride as close to the rider as possible. Some bikes may require lowers or wind deflectors below and outboard of the windshield to also cut down on turbulance. Design of the windshield is a major factor also. If you google "motorcycle windshields" you can research the different makers and their claims as to why their's are the best. Turbulance will surely be listed.

I have a 9.5" clearview windshield with Recurve on my 09 SG. Had the same on my 07 EGC. My wife experiences no turbulence. Neither do I for that matter.

Thanks for the quick and useful feedback. I checked out Clearview Windshields. A very good site. Unless the folks in CO say otherwise, I'm thinking about a taller recurve, the 15.5". Stock is 12". I use a AirHawk which adds about a half inch of height, which puts my sightline dead even with the windshield edge. I experience helmet vibration which really gets to me after a couple of hours at speed. I don't mind looking thru. In addition, the optional vent may help with heat build-up if the windshield works as advertised. It may also help balance airflow for less buffeting, etc.
Anyway, again many thanks for your counsel.
