Default slip ons

Like the sound of the Rinehart slipons but the cost is a little outa my league. I've heard good things on here about Rush pipes but I'm not sure about baffle size. Lookin to put these on an 08 Ultra. Could some of you guys tell me what size baffle would I need to be close to the Rinehart sound?

I appreciate any input.

My buddy has Rush slipons with 1.75 buffle's. His sounds good, but not like Rinehart's. Not sure if a 2 inch baffle would sound more like it or not.

I run BUB 7's which are made by Rinehart, and I think they sound good. Not very cheap however.

is the smaller the baffle....the louder or vise versa? I'd like a deep throaty sound

u get what u pay for, i put them on my 08 rk and put 15,000 miles on them...they still look new..even the black tip are still like new because of there new process...and they get louder with age...great slip-ons. the nice thing was, i just added vance and hines true dual headers, and it only cost me 349.00 for the pipes...and they are even twice as loud now. so u can pay the 5 or 600 now for the slip ons, and then when your ready to go the rest of the way, its only 350

A battle i have been milling about myself. i have D&D slip ons and drilled out the baffles and sounds awesome (by other guys behind me) they are the small diameter ones so the look like drag pipes. However I think buying pipes is the way to go, but i'm too cheap. i may even take my pipes cut the crossever out and weld up the holes but that's just me....

Buy a set of old style Khrome Werks ,3 differnt baffles can fit and the pipes are of the best quality and cheaper than most if you shop around.

Check with Eastern Performance. Paid $469 for my Rinehart slipons for my 09 Ultra. Including shipping. Great people to do business with.

I have Rush with 2" baffles. I really like the sound. It seems to have a lower pitch then the Rineharts though not quite as loud.

Ditto on the Rush 2". Have them on my 2008 Roadking. Great sound, deep without any crack.
