I personally love being in an mc. Being patched was one of the best moments of my life. A lot of the stuff, I feel builds brotherhood and shows committment. As far as you being asked to prospect, that is your decision. Prospecting is usually a long, hard road, but I feel it is worth it. If you make the decision make sure you know that is what you want.
As far as people in this forum bashing mc's: why dont you let people make their own decisions? If they feel strongly about being in a club, who are you to make fun of them or degrade them?

 

I cannot believe this question was asked here. Beyond that if there is any question from you at all about it, the real answer probably is that you should not Prospect.

 

If you have to ask what to expect then you obviously aren't ready to prospect.

we already know what two clubs have territory in OK city. neither of which walk up to someone in a bar and say "hey wanna be a prospect in our club?" without you being a hangaround or knew them from a sponsor club....by then you would have known what was required to be a prospect which is nothing like the history channel shows. rather boring to guard bikes, cook, bar tending, washing bikes, cleaning the clubhouse, and learning bylaws and protocol which would have kept him from posting the question to start with....
recruiting, prospecting, and membership is club business in answer to your question....
i just dont think this is the place to tell all when it comes to your club or one you want to join.
