Okay, I'll be the one to defend the AMA (21 year member, even during the years I didn't even own a bike). They hire lobbyist and such to defend our right to ride. This is not to take away anything an M/C has done for the same cause. However, if anything, the AMA gave M/Cs a measure of noteriety by labeling them the "1%." My AMA pin is one of the very few I wear.

Hey, you're the one throwing the aggression out there sport. Telling people we don't dare even make eye contact because of some self perpetuated man crush we must all have on you. You don't know me. I don't know you. And I don't care to. But don't hold yourself up as some high water mark of what a real biker is and look down your nose at everyone else and NOT expect some flack coming back your own way.

 

Flack is flack and taken in stride but a stupid wise cracks like the mirror one only gets someone hurt.
