we already know what two clubs have territory in OK city. neither of which walk up to someone in a bar and say "hey wanna be a prospect in our club?" without you being a hangaround or knew them from a sponsor club....by then you would have known what was required to be a prospect which is nothing like the history channel shows. rather boring to guard bikes, cook, bar tending, washing bikes, cleaning the clubhouse, and learning bylaws and protocol which would have kept him from posting the question to start with....
recruiting, prospecting, and membership is club business in answer to your question....
i just dont think this is the place to tell all when it comes to your club or one you want to join.

I agree that it is very atypical for someone to ask a stranger in a bar to prospect. I'd be suspicious. I disagree that he was airing any "club business". He isn't a member and so he isn't privy to any club business, he only said he was asked to prospect, and no one in this discussion knows which club.
He didn't say he "was" a prospect, said he was "asked".
Quite a difference there

The AMA doesnt do crap compared to NCOM and your local COC. We MC guys are the ones with the lawyers, doing the portests, etc. I agree, let the HOG RUBS bitch all they want, but they arent doing the dirty work

Strange how so many make fun of patch holders here but when they see one on the street they freeze up with fear, won't look at them in the eye and wait for them to go by only to stare at the rocker with a boyish man crush like little girls looking at Fonzie back in the 70's... Then you go back to the local HD dealer with your HOG patch on, walk around like a freshman when the upper classman are away...Maybe HOG members can start wearing 10% patches or TCB patches which should actually mean (insert funny acronym here) rather than what is really means.
