I've had a set of W&M for almost 5 years now and they're great at far less money too.

I recommend Bossbags. Great quality and mine are detachable. Easy to put on and remove.

I like hd bags myself. There are a couple of real good bag makers out there. I do not like throw overs. I prefer a quick detachable system.

Thanks for the help, I don't know why I am having such a hard time finding the higher end bags. I don't have any problem finding the lower end. I just wish I could go look at some and see them in person, that's the worst part of buying on line. Willie and Max has a set I had been looking at but wanted to hear how well they hold up. I do like the HD bag, but I hate the mark up they seem to put on everything. Decisions, Decisions!

Those Willie & Max's on my Softail are from the late 70's.
Found them at a swap meet about 20 years ago. They've been on many bikes, and have held up great.
