Default Myrtle Beach Spring '06 Meet and Greet

A few of us have gotten together and planned two informal meet and greet sessions for HD Forum members at the upcoming Myrtle Beach Rally. There will be one meet and greet each weekend at different locations so we can catch as many members as possible.

Here are the dates and times for the two sessions:

1st Meet and Greet - Saturday, May 13th @ 2 PM at Broadway at the Beach (Parking lot between Hard Rock Cafe and Charleston Boardwalk)

2nd Meet and Greet - Saturday, May 20th @ 2 PM Suck, Bang, Blow (new location)

I know the Mascot is going to be in Myrtle Beach by at least the second weekend but, if it happens to make it the first weekend, we'd like to try and coordinate to have it make an appearance at both meet and greets.

Barring some sort of catastrophe, I'll be a both sessions so, look for my bike (picture in signature).

Figures, lol! I'm planning on riding down Monday the 15th and heading back to TN Thursday the 18th. Just wanted to spend a few days to see some friends from MA.

I don't think a Saturday is good day to do this Fletch, I rented house through Dunes realators, and there checkin and departure days are Saturday to Saturday Is it possible we could try to set this up for a weekday seeing as alot of people may be in the same boat here with the rental properties being rented Saturdat to Saturday. I hope we can change this because I really would like too meet up with the people from this forum, everyone has been helpful.

Yeah. I can see how it would create a problem for folks doing condo or house rentals. However, there's quite a few people who are just coming down for the first weekend or second weekend but, won't be there during the week. It's really going to be impossible to accomodate everyone unless we add a third Meet and Greet in the middle of the week.

Since check-in is normally after 3 PM, an acceptable compromise might be to move the first weekend start time to later in the afternoon or to the evening after supper time. Anyone else have an opninion?

If there's a problem with checkout/in, just check out on Saturday then stop by the M&G afterwards... It really is impossible to accomodate everyone.
