Hey man if I were you I'd change my user name to porkchop. You only have a little over 100 posts, so it's not as if you'd be starting over an losing thousands of posts. Also, I hit a fox last summer. No time to react, I was going about 50mph, and the darn thing just darted out of the woods right in front of me. SPLAT ! Blood and fox sh_t all over my ride ! I never even hit the brakes, just motored home and washed the bike !

 

What really happened is that Tim Tebow sensed your impending crash, flew in at supersonic speed, lifted your bike and set it back down on the other side of the pig. Not wanting to show off he disappeared just as quickly letting you think you'd made it past the ordeal unaided.

 

It reminds me more of a scene from Planet of the Apes.....

except it would be "Hog has killed Hog"

I wouldn't read to much into it.I've ran over several pigs,albeit on a dirt bike,and a german shepherd on a street bike and didn't fall.Probably half riding ability and half luck.

Glad you're not hurt. But I would have strapped that sucker on the back and cleaned him.

 

If that was to happen to me, it would be following me around in my mind too! Hitting that big thing at 70 mph on a motorcycle would have usually had a much more horrible outcome. I am so glad you are ok!!

I didn't think there were any wild hogs left in the USA. That's one thing I've never seen is a Wild Hog....'cept on TV of course.
