Where can I get that oil can from?

Where can I get that oil can from?
I was on a site awhile back and they used a little plastic bottle that had a tiny Hollow needle on the end. You slide it dowm along side your cable and give it a couple squirts. Seemed to be the ticket to oil cables without taking them all the way loose. Would be easy to carry with you on those long trips to oil all the joints if you got into some rain also. Please help.
