In reality, I be too ugly to have to worry 'bout wimmin wanting a ride on a hardtail. Plus I think Momma is secure enuff not to get her thong in a bunch over it. BUT I'm divorced once, so I was WRONG at least one other time.
Maybe this is one of those "Don't ask, Don't tell moments" You know, 'ignorance is bliss'.

Once you get married it seems many women get very attached and somewhat controlling regardless of how trustworthy you are; you're male so you're not when it comes to contact with another woman. I've been married for 37 years and have never had this problem nor is it likely I ever will. As my wife would say, just because you are married doesn't mean you can't have contact with friends of the opposite sex. A ride on the back of your bike is just that, a ride and the rest is something your wife has cooked up in her head.

 

what if she gave your friend who broke down a ride home on the back of her bike. just sayin

 

Shrug your shoulder and tell her; "You can't miss what you can't measure."


Women have been doing it for years, i.e., giving it away all over town and when she comes home there's as much there as when she left...

Huh I always hear that from my buddies...never give a girl a ride on the back or your wife will kill you.

My wife tells me, all the time, don't worry about it, give them rides if you want.....and I do. All her friends and "our friends" that don't ride always wants me to give them rides around the block or a quick ride around town. My wife doesn't care one bit.

 

Kind of reminds me of the old fairy tale:

Guy asks girl to marry him. Girl said no.

Guy drank beer, went fishing, rode his bike, and lived happily ever after.

 

Only because she has giving you permission. Give a strange girl a ride and find out what she has to say about that. Then if she does not care, that might through up a red flag. I am glad my wife is concerned about our relationship.
