Default do you need a laugh

so i left the house and walked to the train this morning and man but something just isn't right
but i just couldn't quite put my finger on it
i was like limping or something and yeh my right knee is kinda feeling weird (had it scoped a number of years back)
and it was just hard to tell with the ice and snow and the unevenness and stuff
on the train it was okay, but then when i got off and was walking thru the station, it was almost worse
i was debating taking the escalator instead of the stairs
i was like limping worse and my knee was hurting
it was really weird
man i was hoping that i wouldn't need another knee operation or something
like what the heck

but i think i might know what happened

You must've been really tired that morning when you put your boots on!

LOL How do you pull on a harness boot on one foot, and a slip on shoe on the other and not notice?? You need more sleep at night.

yeh, when i ride i use a HD FXRG for longer trips. but for just hoping on i have a red wing that just slips on. i leave the red wings available as i where them at other times also.

i have a black pair or sorel lined boots for the cold and snow. the sorel is not quit as tall as the RWs and the loops are in the front and back as opposed to the sides like the RW.

but i am up at 5:15 am and just grabbed the 2 black things on the floor. didn't get to bed last night till after 11:30.

and the heal on the RW are like 1/4 to 1/2 inch taller - hence the limp

just glad that both are black, so unless you look good you can't tell. glad the pants are covering well.

then again who knows, maybe this is just my attempt at starting to get ready for the ice to melt and the salt to get washed away

suppose to be in the 50s this weekend here in chicago
