Default 04 Deuce Tire

What is the widest tire which can be mounted on a stock deuce rim/fender config.....
And any recomendations for front and rear.........time for new tires 9500k miles.

Comes with a 160mm, you might get a 180mm in there depending on who makes it.

Some say the have had no problems going from 160 to 180, others have said clearance too small and needed spacers. Some have said they simply take the Vulcanworks kit in with them to the dealership when buying a new tire. I might do this next time I need a rear tire. See Vulcanworks kit info at

I used the vulcan kit, with the SE 180. for $50 the vulcan kit is a cheap peace of mind that it will fit.
