Bought a set of crash bar chaps for my dyna. Well made good communication. When I replace the throwovers that came with it I will probably chose theirs. Large bags at a good price

 

Bought raingear from them. The zipper broke the first time I used it. It was the wrong size and sent it back and got a larger pair, Same thing zipper broke on this suit too. Not impressed with the quality of there rain gear.

 

My buddy got dumped on by Chill. He ordered crash bar leather for his wife's cruiser for Christmas last year. They never showed up & when he called about it, Chill. said they didn't have a template for her crash bars. Then they told him if he still wanted them he would have to pull his own template & send it to them. They at least owed him a phone call. He passed.

On the other hand, I got everything I ordered from them. Pricey but good.

 

I've bought several things from Chilhowee and so have some friends. Their cheaper stuff is just that, but it lasts pretty good.
I've got a $60 pair of chaps and a jacket I paid less than $80 for. I bought their insulated gauntlet gloves and they're nice. I ordered lined chaps for my wife from them also.
Good customer support and low shipping. I wouldn't be afraid to buy from them.
