While I enjoy a Denny's breakfast and eat there couple times a year........a free $5 breakfast is not worth the wait,hassle and crowds at this juncture in my life. However when I am broke, down on my luck and have no money I will be all over it like a stink on chit!

 

Wait an hour for a 3 dollar breakfast? No thanks.

 

Past by several today with very long lines, some friends went to one said over 200 people in line they got a rain check and left, surprised Denny's actually was giving out rain checks

 

If it wasn't an hour and a half drive to the closest one I would've tried.

 

I thought about going, but I decided that I don't mind spending 5.99 on my breakfast when it means that I will get in and out of there within 30 - 45 minutes. I also started to picture every welfare case in the city of Los Angeles in the dining room with dozens of misbehaving f*ck trophys screaming up and down the aisles making me glad that my kid has fur, stands on four legs and listens when I say sit and stay. I despise waiting for food, but when you add bad parents and their screaming children, I want to go postal.
