Default A BIG THANK YOU FOR DIY SECTION

I would like to express my appreciation to TC (and all other contributers) for the DIY thread. Over the past few days I installed a Hayden M-6, front floating brake rotors, and new brake pads, and blead the brake system. Everything came out great. No leaks, front brake noise gone, and smooth shifting. If you haven't done any wrenching on your bike, give it a chance. With buying the parts on line from a couple of vendors and doing the work yourself, the savings is tremendous. The information gained from HD Forums is truely priceless. Also, doing your own wrenching is not that hard. Take your time, read the manual at least three times, and read the appropriate DIY section. The self satisfaction you gain is just great. Thanks again to TC and everyone else.

The staff here at HDF would like to thank you for the great comments. It's nice to know that the forum helps so many people. I find myself in the DIY section quite often.

I agree, the DIY forum is the bomb. Thanks to all who've contributed.

Question: I could swear I read a DIY thread about replacing front rotors (bagger). Now I can't find it in the DIY forum anywhere. Searched there, searched the entire forum. Anyone know the thread I'm talking about?

Thanks,

RR
