I used to have a pair of those on my bike, I changed them out for taller bars....

LOL, they forgot to photoshop the clutch lever in too.

 

I'm from the St. Louis area where this guy rides around. I have seen him on the highway, this is not photoshopped. Have no idea how he does it.
