outside of being uncomfortable it probably wouldn't be to bad at speed. I'll bet it's a handful in a parking lot though

How often does he have to tighten the exhaust?? After each ride? I sent the pic to a friend and he wondered how often the guy gets pulled over. I think some states have a handlebar height law. Doesn't Florida?
