Well, he's alive and that's all I know now. No one can get near him at the hospital and thats enough to know he's still alive. They did catch the perp and he has been arrested. 20 yo who apparently just shot him because he had the nerve to ask for them to pay their fare. We don't have the DP here in NYS but we should. My buddy had to go to the police station as I talked to him briefly from the hospital. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. He's far from out of the woods but is alive.
