Two riders (not together) were handed out pretty expensive tickets.

Rider A picked up a $12,500.00 ticket for doing 263 km/hr in a 110 km/hr zone (163 mph in a 68 mph zone)
Rider B picked up a $8500.00 ticket for doing 206 km/hr in a 110 km/hr zone (128 mph in a 68 mph zone)


Highway 16 in Alberta, between Edson & Hinton.

 

That ticket would have only (?) been $298 in Washington state. $1000? sounds crazy. Does GA have a deferment program?

I got a parking ticket that cost $385 in Holister, CA two years ago. Was traveling with and assisting a handicapped friend and we parked both bikes in the same spot on his placard. His bike has a sidecar to haul his wheelchair and I was helping assemble/disassemble the chair, haul luggage, etc. We explained everthing to the court. No help. Learned the hard way.
