Dropped? Salvage title? Good price if not damaged somehow, I'd be suspicious. 15k to 16k is what they are going for on ebay

i think its a steal...another question, about esp...it has the remainder of 2yr warranty but does anyone know if HD will let me up it to 5 yrs as the 2nd owner?..if so how much?

 

Those are all aftermarket policies, not H-D warranties. They are sold by insurance companies. My belief is they are of little value except to the guy who sells em. You pay your money, you takes your chances.

 

i hear that alot but if i leave it stock so they can't bitch about "non-covered" items isn't it worth it for the $50 service charge?...that's <1 hour of labor...i'll go to my local stealer this afternoon and check out the fine print

 

I believe that HD/Ext warranty co will let you purchase the extended warranty at any time during the 2yr factory warranty period. I have no idea what it will cost - good luck
