Anyone wear leather bibs? Seems like they'd be easier to get in and out of than overpants, you could wear a little bigger size and the shoulder straps would hold them up.

Have seen them, wanted to buy, but after serious thought, not sure. I thought about having leather sewn to the front and inside of the jeans.

 

yeah, I wear 'em--also leather hd pants too. alot better than chaps-- JMHO

 

A few of the guys in the MC I ride with occassionally wear them and LOVE them. I would like to get a set for cold weather, but I'm 6'6", and it's hard enough finding jeans. They will make a LONG pair for me, $$$$$$$$$$$$.

I wore them when I was little. I used to get food all over me and leather didn't stain as easy as cloth my mom said.
Or are you talking about some other kind of bib?

 

Once saw a gourgeous lady in leather bibs and nothing under them on a toy run.Wow,what a time I had staying in line.The wife was not happy.

I've got two sets of Carhartt Bib Overalls that I use for riding, one lined and one unlined. They work great for some extra protection and warmth, I'd have to assume leather would work better. Just gotta worry about the cost for leather.
