My method was to hook my camera case to my belts and let it rest between my legs on the seat. Get it out and snap pics as needed. Glad to see I'm not the only one taking self portraits or pics of other riders in the mirror. Here are a couple of more from the same trip.

Here is mine 101 in Oregon headed towards Crescent City, Ca. Compliments of "Rose" It was cold that day, and we had been riding in the rain 15 miles before that.

Here is a pic from my helmet cam while riding on the freeway this guy was right behind me.

 

Back in '94 me and my wife rode through Skyline Drive in Shenendoah Nat. Park in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Va. She took videos from the passenger seat of my FLH. Now I got a 2 hour video of the back of my helmet and uninteresting conversation. At least I got the Harley sound in the background.
