Not any more. There are customs out there that are not Harley at all and they look sweet too. I can't remember the last time I saw a custom/chopper that was actually a Harley or had enough Harley parts on it to call it a Harley.
Fit and finish will be poor for what they are selling it for. They might sell, or not. I think they are a little late in bringing this to market, they would have had better luck 1 1/2 yrs. ago. I would not buy one but someone might.
By real one I mean a custom built chopper. Something either built in a garage or by a major chopper builder. Obviously not everyone can afford a $40,000+ American Ironhorse, Arlen Ness, Martin Bros., etc. Chopper. Some can't even afford to build a their own. If Honda sales this thing cheap enough, it could have decent sales. Ofcourse with the economy like it is currently I'm sure everyones bike sales are down.
I saw it at the NYC show. I was shocked to see how poor & sloppy the frame joint welds were. I took a closeup & I'll post it soon.
Don't even get me started on sloppy welds. Look at the crap welds Harley does on the down tubes of the Sportster. A first year welder could do better with a BS weld machine.
