Like many others here... I've never seen anyone wearing an upside down visor on their helmet. Is this a new urban crotch rocket thing?

Naw man... The guys doing this in the Santa Cruz area seem more like Hang Arounds or Prospects. I was always thinking that it was a protest to the helmet laws that were imposed on us in the last several years. Must be a 'Cali' thing.
