Congrats!!! It's nice to know there are some dealers out there who realize how customers should be treated. I'm lucky that we have some good ones, and one bad, here in Central Florida.

May enjoy many miles on your new ride!!!!

+1 on the friendly folks at RMHD....
I bought my bike at Shelton's... and they were friendly.... but I have to track down someone NOW when I walk into the showroom... Ray's??? shoot.... I walk in there, and even if I ASK a question, the sales staff is too busy drinking coffee to speak to a mere customer.
EVERY time I've walked into RMHD, at least one salesman came out, talked a while, and just BS'ed around... making sure we had someone to answer any question we might have.

I took a buddy there a while back, and he bought an Ultra there as well.... great folks, and when I ware the RG out... that's where I'll buy the next one....great service... and there IS the diner next door if you're waiting for any service/warranty work

We sold the Heritage on ebay last week and traded the Sportster for MSRP when we got the Ultra. The Heritage was beautiful and we made a nice guy very, very happy.

Thanks Rhonda for posting such a great thread. It's nice to hear something positive about Harleys once in a while (LOL). Enjoy the new bike. I love North Carolina and have relatives in the Winston Salem Area so I've traveled through many times.

Take Care,
Terry
