Every member on this board please buy $100.00 worth of H-D stock.

 

I'll buy more than that ........ once it bottoms in 2 or 3 months , at say 9ish dollar range. Right now a spur would just inflate the stock ..... briefly. I'll wait until after thier poor 1st quarter results are announced.

 

Any particular reason you want us to buy stock? Just curious.

I've seen elsewhere that some folks think that by purchasing HOG they are in some way saving the MOCO. Please, somebody explain to me how that would work??

 

The MOCO profits from all the national HOG memberships.

 

Pretty hard to buy just a $100 worth. Minimum lot is 100 shares, not $100 dollars, in any stock, unless you want to pay a steep premium.

Stock closed today at $14.13 a share.

 

Goldman slacks cut the stock to a sell. It crashed to $14 today, but I have major concernes about HD financial. It is easy for HD to stop production to reduce the oversupply, but the mess with HDs crappy loan profolio may take a long time to resolve. The President of HD financial just upped and quit last week for no reason. I think they have a real collections problem on their hands.
