Default Score! Like new Kendon trailer

Bumped into a guy who has had this in his garage, used 3 times. Picked it up for $1000. New ones are around $2200. I've been wanting one of these for a while now. Woo Hoo!!

Is there a shell for it? Is this for towing behind the scooter or towing the scooter??

It's to haul the bike. My wife loves to ride with me but can't do multiple 500+ mile days. We want to ride Colorado this year but she said she couldn't ride TO Colorado so a trailer was the only option. My subdivision restricts trailers in the driveway so I was looking for one of these that stands up inside the garage.

Sounds like you got a good deal. I decided to look for a trailer too. Since I live part time in Oregon and Las Vegas, it's just to hard to wait until weather allows for riding between both homes.

Good deal. That's a well made trailer.

I got a twin rail Kendon trailer used for $500 from an ad in Cycle Trader 2 years ago. It's great and probably worth more than $500 today.

I've the single rail trailer also. I had a metal fab shop put a post on the tongue then on top of that I mounted a manual winch rated at 600#. The wife can winch it on to the traler while I guide it up and into the wheel chock. Pretty sweet set up. They tow like they're not even behind the tow vehicle.

That's a SMOKIN deal on a 2 rail. I almost bit on a 2 rail from Craigs List for $1500 but waited simply because I really wanted the single rail.

Just curious...where are you hooking the winch onto your bike?
