When I ride to work my uniform pants used to blow up to my damn knees.I tried the velcro strap thing and it didn't work ,so I went to a fabric store and bought two packs of two clips(4 total) and one pack of elastic for about $6 .I have enough elastic left for another pair .If I had thought about I would have bought 8 clips and made 2 sets of these and sold one for $10 and paid for them all.
