I went through 3 transmission mainshafts on my 79 shovel head in 30 days, the last time I walked into the indy shop Woody noticed me and said whats up Mainshaft, I said I need another one and he fell to the floor laughing. It's stuck ever since. And I eventually figured it out.

Cool

Got the nickname in the late 80's when I use to build race car engines. Not to hard to get 700+ HP out of a 350 4 bolt main if you know what your doing. Won alot of races and sold alot of engines to other drivers. If you know NASCAR you know who Wadell Wilson is.

I was living in Pensacola and had a big blue Jeep CJ-7. I was out with a Jeep club I was going to join and one of the members after having WAY to many long neck Dr Peppers got up on top of the hood of his Jeep and told everyone to shut the F**k up cause he had a question. He asked me what color my Jeep was cause " IT LOOKS LIKE A SMURF SH*T ALL OVER IT!!!"

Well it stuck, no pun intended, they all started calling me Smurfshxt!!!

My main hobby is Drag Racing or "Bracket Racing" I race a 70' tube chassis Dodge Challenger R/T. Yes it was a real R/T that was cut up by others. I run it in the NHRA Super Gas class (9.90) and in brackets all out 9.00's. On some other forums I go by Racebeeper68 because of a 68' road runner I also sometimes race.
