Carb or EFI?

I'll stick with carbs. They are simple and effective. Ive rode my bike when it was around 20 degrees with no problems and it started right up. Had to let it warm up a bit but thats a minor inconvenience. I have had plenty of power at 10,000 feet. It's easier to troubleshoot problems.

I have both.
No problems with the carbs.
I don't wanna pay the bill if that EFI ever totally pukes.
It's a lot easier and cheaper to mod a carbed bike too...
The Deuce below is EFI - gotta admit nice cold starts. I still like to warm it up a bit for the sake of the engine.

I prefer a carb on my bike. There's just something very wrong about putting EFI on an air-cooled Harley. It's a major contradiction. Hmmm... lets see here... I like my bike so simple I don't want to pump a little water through it but I want to complicate things with lots of electronics and sensors? Well that just doesn't make sense. If we were talking about any water cooled bike I would love to have EFI. I have a bit of an electronics background and and an analytical mind so I have no trouble understanding EFI. I would love to try my hand at tuning one but not on my Harley.
