I don't think I ever had more fun than with my first bike - a Honda CB 50.

Boy, was I in the big leagues when I got a Honda 450 and later a Yamaha 650 Special - all used bikes.

You can "think" you're in tall cotton when you don't know better. That friend should never have let me ride his Harley.

Yeah, my first ride on a Harley was packing bitch with my stepdad, when I was about 16. We went to the local watering hole, drank beers and shot pool. I think that's when I got hooked. 78 or 79, I can't remember.

But my first ride was behind my mom and I was about 7 or 8. Nice little Yamaha 100.

My first motorized ride was a DEMM Smiley Moped. It got stolen from our condo unit. I didn't get another bike until 99, but I kind of rented one from a guy in California in 86. AN ugly green Yamaha 850 triple. Nice riding in Cali. Loved everything about it, except the people. I don't think they could understand my accent or something. Being from Florida and all.

started to ride in '77 on a brand new 77FXE. I have had a total of 4 HD"s in 31 years of riding. Never have quite understood the longing to trade in every 2 or three years...but that's just me...each to their own. Had some great times riding and some bad but damn glad i have been riding
