Default garmin zumo 450 question

Does anyone know if there is a way to delete the factory preloaded music for the built in MP3 player? I like to select "play all" and enjoy hours of great music while on a road trip but the crappy preloaded music mixes in with my downloaded music on the SD card.

Connect the Zumo to your PC, then look at is the same as you would any otehr drive on the system. you can both add, and delete from there.

+1. Your Zumo will show up as a removeable drive under "My Computer", just click on it and find and delete the files you don't want.

I have a Garmin, not the Zumo, but they gota be similar.

When you connect it to your computer, it will show up as a "drive letter". I assume you know this much.

On mine, there is a folder called MP3, and that is where all the music is stored. Just delete what you don't want.

If you can't find that folder, do a searh on that drive for *.MP3, that should bring up every song with the MP3 extension. Then delete what you don't want.

If that doesn't work, I guess you will have to check the Garmin site.

Dude, there are radios out now that actually play in stereo (two channels)! You should check it out. They sound really good!
