Default Why Stage II 103 ci Kit

Sold my 03 and now ready to buy 08 or 09 ultra. looking at an 08 with 5000 miles that has stage II, 103 kit already installed. My question is, will this help or hurt the gas mileage. I run the speed limit so the extra power would be nice but the fuel mileage is the most important to me.

I gained a bit of mileage after installing the 103" Stage II kit. That said, I'd opt for the '09 for the many improvements and add the 103 kit later.

I'd go with the '09 (given the new frame and improvements), especially if you're more concerned with fuel mileage. You could always add the Stage I or II later.
