RE: Hauling bike on a trailer??
I travel the interstate weekly and have only seen it once in Virginia. It was a pickup pulling a fifth wheel pulling a car. I was amazed. They were on a trip from Canada.

Have you ever thought of strapping a tent on the back and riding it? I believe that's what they're for
And as for getting wet, its only water....its what ya wash it with anyway.

RE: Hauling bike on a trailer??
I have done this several times. I have a Chevy crew cab that I pull a 32' fifth wheel and also a another trailerwith the bike. Keep in mind this is a long rig when all attached. I have traveled at least 8,000 miles pulling a trailer behind my fifth wheel, both enclosed 6' X 10' and a standard 5' X 10' utility trailer. There are a few things to keep in mind while doing so.
(1) It is not legal in a lot of states but I have never been stopped for it but keep that in mind.
(2) You need to install sway control bar to the trailer with the bike due to wind buffering off of the fithwheel will want to make the rear trailer sway badly, especially with an enclosed trailer. Sorta like when you ride behind a eighteen wheeler on the interstate. So if your utility trailer has a rear loading ramp remove it and bring a standard bike ramp. Due to the rear loading ramp will cause trailer wag really bad trust me on this.
(3) You can not back up no matter how good you can back a trailer so make sure not to put yourself in that kind of situation.
(4) Double strap your bike because behind the camper you can not keep an eye on your bike and check the tie downs often, better to be safe than sorry.
(5) And most of all take your time in turning and swing wide.
You should be fine just make sure your camper is properly rigged to pull the extra weight on the rear.
