Default Looking at 1990 electra glide sport

Need a opinion please found a 1990 electra glide sport 93k mi. 7K on completely rebuit eng from harley needs windshield .Lots of new parts. Would you shy away because of milage or age?

I'd take it for the less, but $6500 isn't so bad either. Ride it until the engine dies, and get a new JIMS 131 for it.

This will give you an approximation of what one should expect to pay from a dealer and what you should expect for a trade-in.

I plan to ride alot even in cooler weather some have said to get a bike with fuel inj. Carb should be fine right?

49xx trade in 68xx retail and it needs a windshield!

I wouldn't worry to much about the mileage if its been taken care of, I would look at things like the belt, wheel bearings, neck bearings etc.... I would definately ride it and listen for any unusual noise.

Belt was new neck bearings seam fine not sure about wheel bearings will check on that. new battery and stater has batt. tender wired in. Has repair manuel.

There is nothing wrong with carb. EFI is a luxury, not a necessity.
