the best leather company around,IMO, is right here in portland oregon...Langlitz Leathers...go to their site...you want quality they are the company...all custom made to size.

If you have any additional question I can call the manufacture on Monday for you just let me know what they are. These a premium leather and are specially treated to be 100% waterproof for life.

A closer look at the size chart shows that on the largest size (2XL) that the thigh is only 13.4" per half making it 26.8" total which would be way to small. Thanks though!

Try leatherup.com thier size 50 (i thinks) might be good.

You might luck out and find his size ... but I would definatetly look into having some custom made. He can't go wrong with having them form fitted. A good comfortable fit is soooo important on equipment you intend to get a lot of wear out of. Well worth the investment.

I might try the closest leather shop you can find because it sounds like they're
going to have to be custom made.

Looks like Foxcreek has some that are 31" in the thighs, that might be close.

Dang, 31" thighs, shoot that's damn near a waist size....LOL

I'm a big boy, I found a pair of a$$less chaps at a biker rally. 10x for $100, heavyweight leather, y2k zippers, two snaps at the bottom. Tell your brother to search rallies. Hope this helps.

Also, if you email Foxcreek, they can probably do some modifications to that...I love my Fox Creek chaps and would recommend them to anyone...good luck.
