Default Info On Screamin' Eagle Exhausts

Just for the record with all the talk about the MoCo discontinuing SE Exhausts.......

Bub (Rinehart) makes the SE Line of Exhausts and will be marketing the same pipes through Drag Specialties after Harley stops selling them. It might take a little while to get everything up and running but eventually we will be able to get the same pipes (minus the SE engraving on the pipes) that a lot of people are runnig now.

This comes from a very good source and your Admin would not spread anything he wasn't sure about.

Terry,

Man your full of surprises. That's good news for the rider that love the SE slip-on's now will the price be competitive?

The Screaming Eagle PRO 16 Guage Double Barrel exhaust system (part#64901-02) is made by Vance & Hines. It is virtually the same exhaust as the V&H Big Shots with the power chamber.

Screaming Eagle Pro 2-into-1 exhaust system for touring (part#80400-01) is made by V&H. It is virtually the same as V&H Pro Pipe HS.

Those 2 models are for sure already manufatured by V&H for H-D. Source: V&H & H-D.

V&H probably already manufacures other SE exhaust if not all of them. So, if SE ever does become obsolete there will be other manufactures taking up the slack.

I'm going to retract my original statement about Bub making the SE Exhaust. I know for sure that V&H does not make all the SE exhaust but I believe that you are correct about the Pro 16 and the Pro 2 inot 1.

I was also under the impression that Cycle Shack was also makeing some of the SE slip ons. Was I mis-informed?
