Don't know if that's enough of an incentive to entice anyone to buy. Weren't dealerships doing 3% financing not too long ago?

yeah but I'm not buying it. MAYBE if you have PERFECT credit rating and money in the bank and can put down large downpayment maybe then?

Looks like a teaser rate to me. Then you say WTF in six months when your interest rate and payment skyrocket through the roof.
